As a primary care physician, Dr De Merieux is excited to be a part of an exceptional team that will provide comprehensive and concierge level of health care to seniors in Baltimore County. Dr De Merieux has a passion for providing holistic care for elders and brings her integrated training in Internal, Geriatric, Hospice and Palliative Medicine to each patient. She has worked in various care settings within Geriatrics over the past few years and served as an attending physician, medical director at several nursing homes and participated in the education of resident physicians. She has a particular interest in preventative medicine, transitions of care, advanced care planning and optimizing the wellness of elderly, frail and complex care patients.

Experience
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, she is excited to begin a new chapter here in the Baltimore area. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, reading and spending time with her partner and her pup.
