Dr. Baldwin is a board-certified internal medicine physician with clinical experience in both office-based and hospital settings. She wanted to be a physician since she was eight years old and began her career as a licensed practical nurse.

She joined Sage Health because of her passion to provide comprehensive and compassionate healthcare to the geriatric population. Dr. Baldwin has two children. She loves to read with a daily goal to learn something new each day. She also has a passion for flowers with her favorite flower being the tulip.

Dr. Rajuri is a board-certified internal medicine physician. Having spent several years taking care of patients in a hospital setting, he joined Sage Health because of his passion to expand his comprehensive care and disease prevention to seniors in the community and an advocate of “prevention is better than a cure” and aligns to Sage Health’s Care Model.

Experience: 

Dr. Rajuri focuses on partnering with each of his patients by establishing long term relations with them and their families, spend quality time with them in a low acuity setting, explain the disease process thoroughly and try to keep them away from the hospitals. He believes this approach will enable his patients to adhere to the treatment plan, thereby reducing disease related complications.

He enjoys playing cricket, pickle ball, badminton, reading books on spirituality and spending time with his family in his free time.

Deirdra Martin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adult and senior populations. A proud Alabama native, she brings years of experience caring for adults with acute and chronic conditions and believes strongly in listening first, educating with clarity, and creating personalized treatment plans that empower patients and families.

Deirdra’s clinical background spans primary care, in-home assessments, urgent care, pain management, and cardiac care. She is skilled in comprehensive patient assessment, chronic disease management, and preventive care.

Outside of work, Deirdra is married with two boys who keep her on the go with sports and family activities. She enjoys traveling, decorating, and making meaningful memories with her family.
