Dr. Barbour is a board-certified primary care provider at Sage Health’s Waverly center. He joined Sage Health to continue delivering high quality healthcare to seniors in the community while placing a focus on achieving cost effective care to each of them.
Dr. Barbour is passionate about developing trust and maintaining direct engagement with each of his patients and ensuring their healthcare needs and goals are met. He believes each of his patients deserves the best healthcare in order to live a high quality of life for many years to come.
 Experience
Dr. Barbour has spent most of his career working as a hospitalist and complex care physician serving those with ongoing barriers to quality healthcare. He has multiple certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Clinical Lipidology, American Society of Hypertension (merged with AHA in 2017), and American Board of Obesity.

Dr. Nwodim is a board-certified osteopathic primary care provider with over two decades of experience specializing in comprehensive primary care, osteopathic manipulative medicine, and chronic diseases.
Dr. Nwodim joined Sage Health as she believes in the model of care and her continued passion to serve seniors in the community. She believes in building strong and trusting relationships with each of her patients and providing them with the personalized and long-term care they each deserve to receive.
Experience
Dr. Nwodim was born in Nigeria. While attending West Virginia School of Osteopathic she trained and volunteered on several medical missions for Nigeria and Belize with the Hands and Hearts for Christ foundation. She enjoys music, watching movies and spending time with her family.
Practice at Sage Health
Allison is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner. She was born and raised just outside of Baltimore. After graduating with her masters in nursing from Vanderbilt University, she spent time living and working in Nashville, TN and Denver, CO before returning to the Baltimore area. Allison quickly developed a passion for working with the elderly and is excited to bring quality primary care to seniors in her hometown. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her rescue dogs, cooking, traveling, and trying to learn new languages.
As a nurse practitioner with Sage Health, Allison is responsible for providing seniors with comprehensive and coordinated care and management of their chronic health conditions. She is looking forward to utilizing her experience to provide care for Sage Health patients.
ExperienceÂ
Allison has been working in geriatric primary care since graduating from Vanderbilt University in 2018. Most recently, Allison worked as a nurse practitioner for a company which provided at-home primary care services to seniors in Denver, Colorado.
