Dr. Baldwin is a board-certified internal medicine physician with clinical experience in both office-based and hospital settings. She wanted to be a physician since she was eight years old and began her career as a licensed practical nurse.

She joined Sage Health because of her passion to provide comprehensive and compassionate healthcare to the geriatric population. Dr. Baldwin has two children. She loves to read with a daily goal to learn something new each day. She also has a passion for flowers with her favorite flower being the tulip.

Dr. Walsh is a family medicine physician with over two decades of experience in family medicine. He specializes in caring for acutely ill patients and focuses on preventative care and anticipatory management of chronic illnesses across outpatient, inpatient, and nursing home settings.

Dr. Walsh grew up in Baldwin County and has spent most of his career as a family medicine physician in Baldwin County. He joined Sage Health because he truly loves taking care of seniors in the community and appreciates their life experiences, insights, and perspectives. Dr. Walsh strongly believes in the Sage Health Care Model and is compassionate about helping each of his patients navigate the complexities of medical care at an advanced age.

Dr. Walsh enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, boating, hunting, exercising, playing guitar, and church activities in his free time.

Dr. Irvin is a board-certified family physician who has practiced in Florida and Alabama for over 20 years. His passion is geriatric patient care and has spent a significant amount of his practice working with nursing homes and caring for patients with chronic medical issues.

Dr. Irvin joined Sage Health sharing the same core values in patient care that allows him to continue caring for patients in the community and assist each one in navigating a complex and confusing world of medicine.

Experience

Dr. Irvin was born in Canton, Mississippi but has spent most of his professional life in Pensacola and Mobile. He has also worked as a Chief Medical Officer for several hospital systems over his career and understands the challenges patients encounter navigating the healthcare system.

Dr. Irvin enjoys fishing, boating, and traveling with his family in his free time.
